Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting Operations:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting software.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries to ensure data accuracy.
• Invoicing and Documentation:
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and manage billing activities.
• Handle export-import payments and liaise with banks for transaction-related activities.
• Reconcile and maintain documentation for all import/export transactions.
• Compliance and Taxation:
• Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
• Financial Reporting:
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports as required.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage and reconcile inventory accounts.
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics.
• Audit and Documentation:
• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date accounting records for audit and reference purposes.
• Coordination and Support:
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline finance-related workflows.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting support, and other finance-related tasks as required by the CFO.
