Sr. HR Professional - Leadership Role _ Mumbai Location

Essential job responsibility include; Leading HR Functions, Development and monitoring the processes, HR Strategies, Recruitment and Talent Management, compensation, benefits, training, and development. Additionally, you need to support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing the administrative system.

We are looking for someone who will deeply integrate himself with the Management and Business teams and provide overall support for smooth Business Function and enable building organization wide HR capability keeping in view long term future:

• Strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition etc. HR policies, processes and deployment.
• Manpower Planning and deployment Optimization of manpower and related costs
• To network and acquire Talent, mange ejectively for optimum utilization
• Create a talent pipeline to meet future requirement
• To cater to the requirements of managing the Human Resource of Man Group within the framework of the values, policies, rules & regulations of the Company.
• Demonstrate high level of integrity, knowledge of the organization direct interaction with staff and senior management related to all HR, Admin initiatives or issues.
• Responsible for all HR related processes, procedures and competencies including rewards, talent management, succession planning, performance management, policy development & management, culture development, staffing, employee & labor relations and training & development.
• Drive changes both in the existing policies and procedures.
• Enable Plant HR Function for Compliance, Employee Engagement and Healthy systems

Iron Steel / Manufacturing / EPC / Engineering

Qualifications

Any Graduate + MBA/ PGD in Human Resource Management with 20 to 28 year of Experience
