Chief Financial Strategist - CA (Mumbai Location)

Position Overview:

MAN Industries (India) Limited is a flagship Company of MAN Group, a NSE/ BSE listed entity. The company has a turnover of about Rs.3100 Cr.+ which will be multifold with the expansion of existing capacities and addition of new ERW and SS Tube unit.

You will be a key member of the executive management team and will be responsible for overseeing strategic financial aspects of the company's operations. The role holder will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization during its project stage, Operations and beyond. The role encompasses a wide range of financial functions, including budgeting and cost management, cash flow, financial reporting, fund raising and investor relations, treasury management, accounts, taxation, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities:

The right incumbent would essentially come from a NSE BSE listed entity. He should : -

• Collaborate with the Management and other stakeholders to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
• Develop and Recommend fundraising strategies to support growth plans, including IPO readiness / QIP Route etc. etc.
• Collaborate with Financial Institutions, Banks to plan the long term /short term funding requirement for enable the Businesses.
• Develop and implement comprehensive budgets aligned with the company's strategic objectives and monitor/ analyses budgetary performance regularly to highlight areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Ensure working capital effective utilization, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Guide and Lead Accounts Team to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities while adhering to relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with tax advisors to optimize the company's tax strategy.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the Top management and board of directors, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights on financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Comply with applicable accounting regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Engage with potential investors, analysts, and stakeholders to communicate the company's financial performance and prospects.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Support the board of directors in corporate governance matters.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Develop and groom a team of professionals. Mange team for optimum productivity.
• Enable team performance, give feedback, and train team for desired competencies and output.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Chartered Accountant - CA with 22 to 28 year of Quality Experience in a Listed Company with a sizeable turnover.
• Strong financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in successful fundraising activities, including IPO readiness.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with investors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
