Position

We are looking for a suitable Business Leader for Business Head/ COO position. You should be highly result oriented person with top notch Leadership and networking abilities. The position holder will provide leadership to all aspects of the company's operations / Business Units, with an emphasis on short term / long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment. The role involves strategic planning, business development, operations management, and ensuring the organization's growth in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy in alignment with the overall company objectives of enhance market presence and profitability.
• Constantly identify new market opportunities in Domestic and International arena, enable marketing teams to cease the opportunity, priorities strategic initiatives.
• Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to penetrate both domestic and international markets.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor, and industry developments. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Direct the production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes and meet customer specifications.
• Develop and manage the budget for ensuring financial goals are met and profitability is enhanced.
• Work with the CFO to develop cash flow projection and reporting mechanism. Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
• Strategic approach to the contracts, negotiations, or business deals the company enters.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Develop and implement performance metrics of Key Business Departments
• Build and lead a high-performance team by recruiting, training, and developing talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 24 to 28 years,
• Last 5 Year in Leadership position as Business Head / CEO/ COO Role

Qualifications:

1. B.E/B.Tech from Premiere Institute OR CA (First Attempt)

2. MBA - Marketing Desirable not essential

3. Business Acumen and People Management Competencies

Benefits

Rs. 1.25 Cr. to Rs.1.5 Cr. Compensation will be commensurate to experience and abilities and not a constraint for right candidate
