We are seeking an accomplished Senior Role - US Sales Recruitment for IT Services company to lead and drive our strategic talent acquisition efforts in the US sales domain. This senior leadership role involves developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, ensuring the successful hiring of top-tier sales professionals, and collaborating closely with C-suite executives to align recruitment objectives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement a robust US sales recruitment strategy to meet organizational growth targets.
- Lead a team of recruitment leaders and recruiters, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition trends and opportunities.
Team Management:
- Oversee and mentor recruitment managers and their teams to achieve hiring excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the recruitment function.
Talent Acquisition:
- Drive the sourcing, selection, and hiring process for high-impact sales roles, including executive-level sales professionals.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Market and Data Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top sales talent.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and data analytics to improve decision-making and refine strategies
Stakeholder Engagement & Budget & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, sales managers, and HR to anticipate and meet workforce needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for recruitment-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion DEI initiatives within the recruitment process to build a diverse and inclusive sales team.
- Implement innovative strategies to attract underrepresented talent in the sales domain.
- Oversee the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining quality.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in US-focused sales recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
- Strong understanding of US labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and hiring sales talent in competitive markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for SaaS or tech sales roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and present recruitment metrics.
