Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager Sales - Electronic Security and Surveillance (Channel Business)
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales person with a minimum of 5 years of channel business experience in the electronic security and surveillance industry preferably in CCTV industry. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in channel sales, a deep understanding of electronic security and surveillance products, and the ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the electronic security and surveillance product segment in the channel business.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of electronic security and surveillance products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
3. Channel Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Collaborate to develop joint business plans and support the growth of the product line.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.
5. Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies that align with company objectives, leveraging market insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
7. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to the sales management team.
8. Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to provide necessary resources, promotional materials, and product documentation to support the sales effort.
