Job Description

Key Responsibility Area: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent )
o Develop and maintain complex financial reports using Oracle FRS, ensuring the accuracy and integrity offinancial data.
o Utilize OTBI for ad-hoc reporting and analytics to assist business users in decision-making, includingscorecards and modeling.
o Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities, implement new functionalities, andoptimize financial processes and reporting frameworks.
o Design and develop analytics products and services, using advanced analytical techniques and tools such asSQL and Excel.
o Provide leadership and support to the analytics team, offering training on FRS and OTBI tools, andmanaging day-to-day activities.
o Work closely with clients, providing analytics and advisory services, and actively participate in specialproject assignments.
o Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis, continuously updating rules andprocedures to optimize results.
o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management, helping to deliver on business goals andcommitments.Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc)
o Proven expertise and practical experience with Oracle FRS and OTBI, along with familiarity with OracleCloud Financials.
o Deep understanding of financial reporting principles and best practices.
o Skilled in SQL for data manipulation and proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA.
o Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and their practical applications, including regressionanalysis and statistical testing.
o Certifications in Oracle applications are highly desirable.
o Beneficial to have a foundational or practical knowledge of Machine Learning AI, as we'll as experiencewith cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
