Job Title- Group Lead Process Design

1. Plan and execute activities of "Fluidisation/reactor design/scaleup" group of "Fundamental Engineering".
2. Manage manpower and resources for the same, and lead defined support to process revamp programmes in all the technology areas.
3. Be the expert and develop teams expertise in the area.
4. Troubleshoot all process design related issues to sustain target performance by proactive monitoring of equipment.
5. Support revamp / major capital projects, support projects/procurement groups for vendor selection/development.
6. Prioritize and set milestones for ones team.
7. Coordinate with technology vertical heads for commercializing new schemes/processes.
8. Manage third party engagements for all process design/engineering related engagements.
9. Critical review of process engineering documents.
10. Review high risk MOCs referred by technology vertical heads/sites.
Requirements
Requirements
1. Domain expertise on different types of reactors, their internals and design, scaleup
2. Domain expertise on reaction engineering and fluidisation, fluidised bed systems
3. Expert knowledge of such equipment and related software tools
4. Creating Design Standard
5. Well versed with Related Safety standards, codes & Procedures
6. Sound verbal and written communication
7. Subordinate development
8. Cost orientation/saving
9. High achievement orientation
10. Thorough understanding of chemical engineering principles and application to flow systems
11. Good analytical and problem solving skills
12. Building & maintaining cross functional relationships
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) Minimum Master and desired Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering

29. Minimum 15 yearsexperience.
At least part in chemical, petrochemical, refinery manufacturing site CTS.
