Contract: 6 months

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Develop Content ranging from user guides, how-to articles, technical reference (API), concepts, case studies white paper, training material, and help in curation of training videos           
• As part of the solution team, you will work closely with the platform team to document new features & improve existing content
• Conceptualize, plan, develop, and write high-quality content
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, usability, and productivity
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customer asks through internal/external connects to drive innovative content development and delivery methods

Skills Required:

• Prior experience as a technical writer for a technical, automation software solution
• Excellent command of the English language both in written & verbal formats
• Quick learner and extraordinary attention to detail
• Ability to learn about new technology, and tools quickly
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Processes, SaaS and cloud
