Job Description
- Experience with Telecom Product development (4G/5G mostly on L2 side).
- Experience in handling large teams to facilitate the design and delivery.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex software products while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent technical judgment and leadership skills across organizational and team boundaries.
- Execute software development projects through planning and cross-functional coordination to deliver program outcomes.
- Work closely with Dev leads, QA and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle, ie, developer, test, integrate, Validate and release on time.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to interact with technical groups.
- No deployment or Integration profiles should be shared.
Skill Require :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in software program management, focusing on C/C++ Language.
