Experience & Role

• Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• HEDIS Knowledge: Specific experience or knowledge in HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set). This is a set of standardized performance measures in healthcare, so experience with this is a key requirement.
• Notice Period: Serving notice period in January 2025

2. Skills and Expertise

• Business Analysis Skills:
  
• Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong skills in data analysis and interpreting business data.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder communication and meetings.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• HEDIS Expertise:
  
• In-depth understanding of HEDIS measures and healthcare quality measures.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis, working with healthcare datasets (e.g., claims data, clinical data).
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality improvement programs.
• Ability to analyze healthcare processes and propose improvements based on HEDIS data.
• Healthcare Industry Knowledge:
  
• Experience in the healthcare domain, especially in understanding how HEDIS data impacts care delivery, outcomes, and reporting.

3. Tools & Technologies

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with healthcare software tools and systems used for HEDIS reporting and data collection.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
