Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HL7 or FHIR, as this role involves analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions within these platforms.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HL7 or FHIR.
Strong understanding of Healthcare platforms, with the ability to configure, customize, and optimize their functionalities.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and system workflows.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to work as QA by creating test harness to validate and verify the implementations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira for project management and issue tracking.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
