Your Role

Atlas Copco is a Swedish multinational industrial company that was founded in 1873 headquartered in Nacka, Sweden. We are world leaders in Compressors, We also manufactur industrial tools and equipments.

We are a Engineering Service Provider company within Atlas Copco Group called Global Engineering Centre India Airpower (GECIA). In recent 5+ years, we are also focusing on Digital transformation Technologies for Data Driven Decisions, Web and Applications developments, Automations, Embedded Technology etc.

Data Analytics Competence is the competence within this Digital Technology Practice of GECIA.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Data Analysis team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

Any Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech/MCA/MTech/BSc/MSc/MCS) in Engineering with 5-9 years of experience in Business Analyst cum Scrum Master field , projects and tools.

The Role

1. Collecting business requirements.
2. Translating requirements into back end development (data model).
3. Working closely together with developers in delivering features.
4. Front end development including creating relevant dashboards/reports in Power BI.
5. Ensuring data quality within current suite of reports & datasets.
6. Train and support users (division, key accounts managers, customer centers ).

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Skills and Experience

• Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL and Power BI. Databricks & Phyton is an advantage.
• Experience within finance/business control
• Practical experience within business intelligence and/or analytics
• Good understanding of the financial processes in the Group and/or ITBA divisions
• Working experience with SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BPC, Polaris Hana Views & GPS is an advantage
• Ability to translate user requests into sustainable solutions
• Fluent in English, in both writing and speaking

• You can discuss with stakeholders about their requirements and clearly communicate back your understanding of the requirements.

• Educate users regarding the functionalities provided and train them in using the visualization tool efficiently.

• Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Azure applications.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Microsoft data engineering / Power BI knowledge is a nice to have.

• Excellent knowledge of SCRUM techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good analytical skills: You feel comfortable working with numbers/data, e.g. collecting and analysing trend graphs, combining the info with insights from ERP and previous site visits, to come to a sound conclusion.
• You are fluent in English: both written and spoken.
