Senior Java Developer - API/Microservices Architecture - Healthcare Domain (4-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

- Utilize HL7/FHIR standards (using Mirth Connect or similar integration engines) to facilitate seamless healthcare data exchange.

- Contribute to technical design discussions and implement design patterns for efficient microservice development.

- Participate actively in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle (sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, retrospectives).

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, healthcare professionals) to ensure smooth integration and delivery of project features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.

- Utilize Git for version control and maintain a clean codebase.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies, HL7/FHIR standards, and healthcare IT.

Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of experience in developing web applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture principles and best practices.

- Experience working with HL7/FHIR standards and healthcare data integration (Mirth Connect or similar experience a plus).

- Proficiency in Git for version control.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and a collaborative work style.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
