Job Title : Sr Java Developer (Java Backend development)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead specializing in Java backend development to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high- performance, scalable applications and has a deep understanding of microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Java, frameworks like Spring or Spring Boot, and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ, with a proven track record in building distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.

- Architect microservices-based solutions to support distributed, scalable systems.

- Apply strong knowledge in Data Structures and Algorithms to optimize software performance.

- Build message-driven systems using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools for real-time data processing and communication.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.

- Follow best practices in coding, testing, and software design, incorporating design patterns to ensure maintainability and scalability.

- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Key Requirements (Must have) :

- Strong proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.

- 2-5 years of recent experience working on a product with significant scale in a B2B or B2C model.

- Expertise in microservices architecture and building distributed systems.

- Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms for efficient problem-solving.

- Proficiency in either MySQL or MongoDB (or both).

- Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools for developing scalable, message-driven systems.

- Familiarity with design patterns for creating maintainable, scalable software (good to have).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good to have :

- Familiarity with communication software platforms, such as email sending,

- WhatsApp integration, chat integration, and SMS sending, is a plus.

- Working or managerial knowledge of Python is a plus.
