Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid Lead Java Developer role at Modern Ballistic Solutions in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida with flexibility for remote work.

The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for software development, designing and implementing microservices, programming using the Spring Framework and Java.

The role involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications :

- Software Development, Programming, and Java skills.

- Experience with Microservices and the Spring Framework.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Certifications in Java programming or Spring Framework are a plus.

- Exp : 3-5 years

About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for the following :

- Lead the development of software applications using Java and the Spring Framework Design and implement microservices architectures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions

- Mentor and guide junior developers

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Java technologies and best practices

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a software developer with a strong focus on Java programming

- Experience with microservices architectures and the Spring Framework

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
