Job Description
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, focusing on speech recognition or text-to-speech systems.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with pre-trained models for STT and TTS (e.g., Whisper, Wav2Vec, Tacotron, or similar).
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and audio signal processing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI models, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with training pipelines using frameworks like Hugging Face Datasets or Fairseq.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with a focus on libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning (e.g., RLHF) in speech applications.
- Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) for TTS enhancements.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and ML workflow orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow).
- Contributions to open-source projects in the STT/TTS domain.
