Azure DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate, streamline, and optimize our delivery processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery and efficient infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
--------------------
Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate the software delivery process.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate Git-based version control and branching strategies.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for performance and reliability.
Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
Ensure security and compliance of the cloud environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
Implement and manage FinOps practices to optimize cloud cost management and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:
----------------
Terraform: Strong experience in writing, testing, and deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Azure DevOps: Extensive experience in configuring and managing Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, project management, and version control.
Git: Proficiency in using Git for source control, including branching strategies, merging, and resolving conflicts.
CI/CD: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Optional Skills:

FinOps: Experience in cloud cost management and optimization, with a focus on FinOps practices.

Qualifications:
-----------------
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or a related role.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Azure services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications in Azure, Terraform, or DevOps are a plus
