• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in high rise buildings

• Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.

• Preparation and Certification of RA bills including reconciliation

• Responsible for verification of certified RA bills

• Identification and preparation of extra -items.

• Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

• Estimating and costing

• Rate Analysis

• Preparation and certification bar bending schedule

• Back-to-back contractor billing with reconciliation

• Sub-contractor Billing with reconciliation

• Materials indent

• Updating google sheets related to QS and billing

• Taking site joint measurements with contractor and preparation of joint measurement sheet.

• Providing necessary data for ERP entry
