1)look out the contract billing

2) Coordinate with Contractor for billing .

3) Having experience in preparing Contract work orders.

3) Coordinate with Accounts & contractor for payment

4) Reconciliation of each activity after completion

6) Having good command on Microsoft (Excel, Word etc.)

7) Worked in high-rise, Excel & Cross check the payment in Tally
