QS / Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Preparation of Daily/ Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports.

Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Prepare /check quantities from drawing and site

Preparation of Client billing & getting certification by Client.

Checking of site & preparing inspection reports for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification of works executed.

Preparing monthly Consumption Reports of Materials.

Preparation of Rate Analysis for various works.

Preparing quantity comparison statements between Client and the Company.

Collecting and Studying Documents like the Contract Agreement with client and Sub Contractors Work Orders to know the scope and obligations of the Parties.

Preparation of Sub Contractor Bill, Material Reconciliation & Rate Analysis.

Willing to travel any location in order to get information regarding new projects

Scrutinizing, Certifying and processing of Sub Contractor Running and Final Account Bills.

Materials Reconciliation and Technical Audit.

Ability to establish / maintain good working relationships with Vendors, Stakeholders and Clients.
