Job Summary:

OSIAN INDIA is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, banking transactions, reconciliations, and accounting software like Tally ERP Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS returns, and compliance with all statutory regulations.
2. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, statutory payments, and reconciliations.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements, trade receivables, and payables.
4. Trade Payables & Receivables: Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor payments.
5. Petty Cash Management: Maintain and record all petty cash transactions.
6. Banking Transactions: Process NEFT, RTGS, and other bank payments.
7. Payroll Processing: Assist in preparing monthly salary calculations.
8. Software Knowledge: Work efficiently with Tally Prime & MS Office (Excel & Word).
9. Import Transactions: Basic knowledge of import purchase and sales accounting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
