Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The Senior Accountant will ensure accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Designation: Senior Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of day-to-day bookkeeping work.
• Analyze various accounting reports monthly and ensure that reconciliation is prepared with proper support.
• Plan daily work with the team lead and meet deadlines.
• Monitoring of weekly payment run.
• Ensure all statutory compliance is followed along with filing deadlines.
• Prepare monthly management accounts up to the balance sheet and support reconciliation.
• Preparation of various reports as and when required by Senior Management.

Desired Skills:

• Candidate should have work experience in all areas of Accounts.
• Good with the Book Keeping concept.
• Good in accounting principles and excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good at Data verification and posting into accounting software.
• Candidate with excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• The candidate should know about various statutory compliance for countries where he has work experience.
• Prefer a candidate who has worked for an international account.
