Key Responsibilities:

Sales Accounting Service Department

• E-Invoice Generation on the portal through Tally.
• Outstanding Payable/Receivable management.
• Bank Reconciliation and payment processing (NEFT/RTGS).
• TDS & GST Working – GSTR1, GSTR3B, 2A Reconciliation.
• Petty Cash Handling and expense tracking.
• Vendor Ledger Reconciliation and follow-ups.
• Stock Handling & Reporting – Maintaining accurate stock reports.
• Knowledge of Purchase Bills and invoice verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tally & Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting records.
• Experience in handling financial reconciliations and GST compliance.
