Project Manager - Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Manage projects within the MSP framework, including SLAs, reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal team performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in project management, with at least 2 years in MSP environments.
