Job Description :
Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Experience: 3-8 years
Location - Bangalore, KA or Hyderabad, TG
Must Have:
- Techno - Functional consultant with strong exposure in HCM Cloud Global HR, Absence, Payroll and OTL modules with dominance on Functional side (70% functional to 30% technical).
- Good experience with Payroll module (US or UK Legislation).
- Should have experience of at least 2 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation project.
- Good communication skills to work closely with all team members providing subject matter expertise and solutions to the most challenging software development tasks.
Role Description:
- A minimum of 3 years of Techno-Functional experience implementing and supporting of Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Absence, Payroll - preferably US/UK and OTL.
- Candidate must have at least 2 end to end Implementation on R12/R13 version along with Production support experience.
- Extensively worked on to create and troubleshoot fast formulas, OTBI & BIP Reports, Workflows, Data conversion/Data loading using HDL/HSDL scripts.
- Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product.
- Formulate best practice processes and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language), analysis and problem solving skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Should have good exposure to upgrade analysis; and be able to present the impact and solution roadmap to customer stakeholders.
- Must have deep experience in managed services delivery model, SLA Management.
- Demonstrated advanced project data/ risk analysis and correlation/ mitigation skills.
- Ability to project manage multiple concurrent efforts.
Skills :
- HCM Modules - Core HR , US/UK Payroll, Talent Management , Absence, US/UK Payroll.
- Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on configurations.
- Should be able to drive support and Implementation.
- Experience in Stake holder , Customer Communication.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, payroll, compensation, organizational development.
- Extensive Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, HSDL Data loader.
- Soft Skills: Fluent communication skills, client facing experience, Ability to independently lead small techno-functional teams.
Nice to Have: Any certifications done particularly in Payroll & OTL
