Sr. HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and exits.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive workplace environment. Promote a culture of open communication.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee files and reports.
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
• Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, HR administration, or similar HR roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
