Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for our BFSI Sales team. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in BFSI Sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the BFSI sector.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in BFSI Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
In-depth knowledge of the BFSI sector, including industry trends and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in IT solutions sales, specifically in the BFSI sector, is preferred.

No one bothers and looks at you even if you are dead. Actually good in someway.

Dislikes

Terrible manager in Chennai branch.. Never ever bothers even to say hi. He just want people to be out of office. Doesnt know what he does with few people there when his colleagues are not there. No dressing sense. No in-Shirt and his dressing sense is awful.
