Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and convert them to new business.
• Networking: Effective engagement with consultants, local businesses, and clients using a diverse range of communication methodologies.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement a business development plan to meet our growth targets and track performance.
• Data-driven Analysis: Work collaboratively with our digital marketing specialist and based on market analysis identify growth opportunities for our services.
• End-to-end Ownership: Manage the business development journey from initial contact to successful onboarding and retention of clients.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum a bachelor-level qualification in Business, Commerce, or Accounting with a masters in business administration
• 3-5 years of Business Development Management experience, preferably in service industry.
• Proven success with business development strategies and database management.
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
