Digital Marketing Specialist (Australian Process)

• Content Creation & Curation: Develop and execute engaging content for our social media
  platforms, including our website, YouTube, Instagram, Linked Inn, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Social Media Management: Develop, plan, and manage content calendars that align with the promotion of our taxation, business registration, bookkeeping and loan services.
• Branding: Ensure our brands are consistent throughout all media platforms
• Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with our online audience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance to update and adjust strategies as required to ensure campaign success
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep innovative and competitive.
• Collaborations: Work with influencers to create deliverables and impactful content for our brands
• E-newsletters: Manage and create e-newsletters to engage our subscriber base, ensuring alignment with social media campaigns and promotional activities.
  Participate in other department activities as directed

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 years+ in a social media management
• Excellent content creation skills- creative, innovative and thinks outside the box
• Proven success in social media management with examples
• Experience using META, Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Suite and other relevant platforms.
• Great presentation and project management skills
• Eye for design, detail and photography
• Graphic Design exp preferred but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
