What You ll Do:

• Visual and Interaction Design
  • Create visually stunning and brand-consistent interfaces for mobile and web applications.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.
  • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Design animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and research findings.
  • Participate in user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather valuable insights.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with research teams to refine personas, user journeys, and workflows.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices within the team.

Who You Are:

You re a creative problem solver with a passion for design excellence. If you have:

• 8 12 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Expertise in Visual Design, including color theory, typography, layout, and branding.
• Advanced Interaction Design skills, including knowledge of UI animations and micro-interactions.
• Proficiency in responsive and cross-platform design principles.
• Experience designing for diverse user groups and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• A strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with animation tools like Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for effective collaboration with developers.
• A pulse on emerging design trends, technologies, and tools.
