Key Responsibility:
Areas / Functions:
- Business Analyst /Product Manager for payment and financial applications such as mobile Banking, CBDC, IMPS, UPI, Card based payments, NFC payments, POS etc.
- Analysing and evaluating the current business processes and identifying areas of improvement.
- Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern.
- Data Analysis, Process modelling and Analysis
- Prototyping and Wireframing
- Presenting ideas and findings in meetings.
- Business analysis plan
- Requirements management plan
- Business requirements document
- System requirements specification
- Product backlog
- Guide Developers , Testers and other team members throughout the SDLC process.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and Regression testing.
- Business analysis, communication plan, etc.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services Domain.
- Strong understanding of Payment and Card Industry, UPI, AePS, IMPS, Mobile Banking, CBDC.
- Strong understanding of Settlement and Reconciliation in Payment Domain, ATM Technologies.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling.
- Understanding the Business Objective.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Negotiation and Cost-Benefit Analysis.
- Decision-Making Skills.
- Programming Languages.
- Creation of Reports and Dashboards.
- Database and SQL.
- Knowledge of Blockchain
- Documentation and Presentation
Certifications (Mandatory) (Any one):
1) PMI - PBA
2) ECBA (By IIBA)
3) CCBA (by IIBA)
Total Experience Required:
- 8+ Years out of which at least 4 years in Banking and Financial Domain
Qualification (Mandate):
1) B.TECH ( IT/CS) / MCA
2) MBA (Finance) / MBA (Banking and Finance) / MBA(Fintech) / MBA (Digital Finance or Banking)/ MBA (IT)
