Veterinary Sales Officer

Researching prospects and generating lead in pet food industry, , Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints., Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion & Sales:Promote and sell veterinary products, including medicines, vaccines, and feed additives, to veterinarians, animal clinics, livestock farms, and other relevant clients.
• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, animal health professionals, and farmers. Regularly visit clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Market Research:Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the veterinary field. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
• Sales Target Achievement:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. Proactively seek new sales opportunities and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Product Knowledge:Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys veterinary products. Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and benefits to clients.
