Relationship Manager Sales - BANCA Channel

• Sales Achievement: Achieve sales targets and business objectives through the bancassurance channel.
  
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive sales and enhance collaboration.
  
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to banking partners and clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
  
• Product Promotion: Promote insurance products to banking partners and clients, providing detailed information and answering any questions.
  
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for banking partners to enhance their understanding of insurance products and sales techniques.
  
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning within the area.
  
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the State Sales Head.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  
• Strong understanding of the bancassurance model and experience working with banking partners.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
