Technical Designer of Agentic Flows

• We are seeking a Technical Designer of Agentic Flows to architect and implement AI-driven workflows that power enterprise automation, decision-making, and intelligent user experiences.
• This role requires expertise in enterprise AI systems, workflow automation, and human-agent interaction to design seamless, adaptive, and context-aware user flows.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with AI engineers, UX designers, and enterprise product teams to bridge the gap between AI automation and human oversight in mission-critical applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience designing AI-driven workflows for enterprise tools such as CRM, ERP, HCM, and SCM platforms.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, state machines, event-driven architectures, and business process automation.
• Familiarity with large language models, predictive analytics, rule-based engines, and AI-driven recommendations.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-driven workflows with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related enterprise applications.
• Ability to map out multi-step workflows and decision flows using text-based tools or workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with enterprise software integration, including APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), and AI-driven SaaS applications.
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus, particularly in Python, JavaScript (React, Node.js), or low-code automation frameworks such as Zapier, Power Automate, and UiPath.
• Awareness of data privacy, compliance regulations such as GDPR and SOC 2, and AI ethics in enterprise systems.
• Preferred Experience:
• Prior work designing AI-powered automation flows for enterprise SaaS, HCM, or SCM operations.
• Experience with AI-driven decision support systems in domains such as finance or healthcare.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools, and AI workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement agentic flows that integrate AI-powered decision support, automation, and user interactions.
• Develop enterprise-grade workflow architectures for AI-driven systems in human capital management (HCM) and supply chain management (SCM) domains.
• Collaborate with AI and machine learning engineers to define agent behavior, state management, and automation logic for enterprise applications.
• Create interactive prototypes and UX workflows to demonstrate how AI agents assist users in enterprise environments.
• Work with product managers to ensure compliance, security, and governance in AI-driven workflows.
• Optimize human-in-the-loop AI systems, ensuring seamless handoffs between AI automation and human decision-makers.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on enterprise user feedback and AI performance metrics.
