We re looking for a passionate research manager to help us build a state-of-the-art, consumer-grade enterprise experience that connects, empowers, and delights users

You ll be part of a small but powerful group of applied design researchers who bring scientific rigor to understanding customer behavior in our products

Using empirical research methods, you ll uncover meaningful patterns in both qualitative and quantitative data and visualize this information in innovative ways that foster deeper empathy for our users

Youll also help scale our approaches across our vast range of enterprise products

Our design researchers work closely with data scientists and qualitative researchers, offering a comprehensive perspective on customer behaviors

We re starting a mini-revolution of being data- and customer-obsessed, and we re looking for someone just as passionate to join us!
