Lead - Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams of major IT clients such as Tech Mahindra, Persistent, HCL, and Non-IT clients like Max Life Insurance, Kotak Life, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, and Canara HSBC.
- Source candidates at Entry, Mid, and Senior levels across different sectors, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure the sourcing process supports the company's diversity initiative by actively recruiting diversity candidates for every position.
- Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation, and negotiations.
- Ensure that recruitment actions align with the company's Mean Time to Recruit (MTTR) goals and oversee all aspects of recruitment to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of candidates.
- Leverage job portals like Naukri, Foundit, Shine, etc, for sourcing candidates efficiently and ensuring quality profile shortlisting.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with functional heads to understand their manpower needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Collect and analyze detailed Job Descriptions (JDs) from clients and ensure profiles shared meet client expectations.
- Lead and guide a recruitment team of 10-15 members, overseeing key tasks such as profile uploading, interview scheduling, quality checks, and follow-ups.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to ensure smooth and effective recruitment processes.
- Design and monitor headcount planning and salary budgeting in line with business requirements.
- Handle quarterly forecasting actions, including headcount forecasting and costing, to support strategic workforce planning.
- Actively contribute to the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives by recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds for all positions.
- Share regular profiles with clients and follow up to ensure timely feedback and closure of roles.
- Monitor recruitment activities, maintain accurate reports, and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
- MBA in HR will be a plus.
- Experience in recruitment, particularly for large IT and Non-IT clients.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with client HR handling, profile sourcing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, Foundit, Shine, etc, for sourcing candidates.
- Experience managing teams and driving recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, quality checks, and candidate communication.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and salary budgeting.
