Urgent opening For the position of Training Co-Ordinator

Dear Folks,

We have an urgent opening for the position of TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR at Inlead Electronics Private Limited (Formerly Known as OPPO Mobiles MU Pvt ).

Designation: TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR

Location: Malad

Immediate joiner are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge about social media
• Inter & Intra department coordination
• Knowledge about Power BI
• Self-starter for taking initiatives
• Managing LMS Platform
• Co-ordination with different verticals
• Regular tracking of Data & report sharing
• Preparing KPI based reports
• Preparing Training Calendars & track Trainings
• Monitoring Daily & Weekly reports of Trainers & maintaining records of the same
• Monitoring Trainers attendance daily & keeping track of the same
• Being single point of contact person for all admin related works
• Preparing daily assigned training course reports & assessing the same

Skills:

• Preferably MBA with at least 1 Year Experience
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills
• Creative mind / Think out of the box
• Good Proficiency in Excel & PPT skills
• Good knowledge about Event management
• Should be well versed with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Docs etc.)
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office
• First preference would be given to candidates with good knowledge & hands on experience of Power Bi
