Taxation Specialist Third Party Payroll

Role & responsibilities

• Having knowledge of Income-tax provisions (including TDS provisions) relevant for the corporate assesses.
• Preparation of challans for e-payment of taxes
• Filing of quarterly TDS/TCS returns
• Filing of return of equalization levy
• Resolving queries raised by auditors during audit
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP
• Assistance in preparation of responses in relation to notices issued by tax authorities, etc.
• Assistance in analysing the business contracts, invoices, purchase orders, etc. and assessing the TDS implications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferred from a consulting background having minimum 2 years of experience in handling TDS compliances
• Knowledge of ERP or a like software and MS Office (including excel) is a must
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Highly motivated with strong work ethics and a good team player
• Demonstrated multi-tasking ability
