Job Title: Assistant Manager| Product Training Content Developer

Position Title: Sr. Specialist / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality product and skill-based training content for offline and digital platforms (e.g., Social media, LMS platform)
• Conduct in-depth competition analysis and market visits to gather relevant insights and enhance training material
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business and product goals
• Ensure continuous improvement of training content through feedback collection, analysis, and quality assurance
• Develop learning content focused on soft skills, customer service, and sales techniques to complement product knowledge
• Adapt content for various channels, including physical training, online learning, and social media campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Education Qualification:

• Masters degree in Retail Mgmt. and/or Marketing & Sales from a reputed institution

Other Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in content development or product training in the smartphone industry (or related tech field)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and managing/preparing content for LMS platforms
• Strong understanding of smartphone technology and market trends
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to conduct market research and competition analysis
• A creative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
