Role & responsibilities

To stabilize the training function for the business by incorporating all the best practices set up by the COE and thereby

provide world class training for the Business unit

KEY OUTPUTS:

1. Design and develop interactive learning material

2. Develop Process, SOPs and able to write business case studies

3. Handled LMS On tool engagement, dashboard and driving learning efficiencies

4. Data Analysis and visualisation

5. Training Impact through RAG analysis and improve productivity- Training ROI

6. Drive Employee engagement Initiatives

7. Able to build Strong Feedback Mechanism

8. Able to manage a team and drive team deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

7-8 years Experience in managing End to End Training Function and Psychometric Assessments

Preferred experience in working with LMS

Experience in managing a team of field trainers

Willing to travel for 8 10 days in a month

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

•

Excellent Communication Skills – Written (content development) and Verbal (presentation and facilitation)

•

Proficient with PowerPoint, Word & Excel

•

Working experience with latest LMS and mobile learning technology

•

Good administrative, planning and organisational skills

•

Team handling experience is essential

•

Conduct Train the Trainer through various modalities

•

Must be creative and innovate to continuously improvise in the training delivery

•

Eye for detail when working with data

•

Ability to work under pressure, create and process content quickly

•

Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

•

Strong understanding of business dynamics
