Role & responsibilities

CUSTOM RELATED KNOWLEDGE

1. Must have knowledge about BOE and other custom related documents like Shipping bills/ house airway/ bill of loading etc.

2. Candidate must have knowledge to process custom duty payment and can maintain daily payment tracker for custom duty payments.

3. Custom duty payment & other Tax payment through net banking and ensure to manage the records & files or related transaction advice/ spreadsheets for audit closure purposes

BANKING KNOWLEDGE

1. Candidate must have knowledge to process RTGS/ NEFT/ IPMS process other internal bank transfers.

2. Candidate should have knowledge to operate net banking of various banks including downloading bank statement on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.

3. Candidate must have knowledge for bank guarantee issuance & closure process.

4. Candidate must have knowledge for Demand Draft issuance & cancellation process.

5. Candidate must have knowledge for Fixed Deposit Creation & maturity process.

6. Candidate should have knowledge for basic accounting entries related to daily bank.

7. Candidate should have knowledge of books keeping to manage banks related documents records.

8. Must have knowledge about bank account opening/ closing formalities, timely KYC update in account to ensure smooth operation in bank Account.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Proficient in MS Office Suite including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

2. Candidate should be have good knowledge of speaking/ Drafting English.

3. Bachelor's degree in accounting

4.Candidate should not have any issue to manage daily custom duty till 11:00Pm on daily basis even can take responsibility for weekend duty payments also.

5. Total 2-3 Years experience required in Finance and minimum 1-2 Years experience in banking/ Treasury.

Major work detail payments

1. Accounting entry, Day to day banking transactions, Bank documents preparation, Payment creation for domestic vendors, Reconciliation, Custom Duty or other tax.
