IT Engineer

Opkey invites you to join its fast-growing Engineering Team as Technical Project Manager for our office in Noida (India)

Job Title: IT Engineer Experience-2-4 Yrs

Whats expected of you:

1. IT Service Management: Manage and improve IT services, including incident management, problem management, and change management.

2. End-User Support: Provide Ticketing helpdesk support to end-users, including resolving technical issues, answering questions with defined SLA and change Management.

3. Software Support: Assisting with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting software and application issues.

4. System Administration: Managing and supporting operating systems (like Windows, Linux, or macOS), including installation, configuration, and updates.

5. Networking: Basic troubleshooting of network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls etc and Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Good to have:

1. Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure Cloud),

2. Antivirus Management - Manage and configure antivirus policies

3. Domain/SSL - Knowledge of Domain / SSL

4. MS 365 Email Services - Knowledge about 365 email management.

5. Communication Skills - Good communication skills for user support.

6. Inventory Management - Knowledge of Inventory Management.
