Digital Revenue & Operations Manager (7-9 yrs)

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Revenue & Operations Manager to own and drive the digital revenue streams of our business.

- This role is essential for optimizing operational performance, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives to ensure sustainable profitability across various digital channels.

- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing P&L across platforms, overseeing the integration process, and leveraging data to build actionable insights that will shape business decisions and enhance the customer experience.

- Take complete ownership of the digital revenue streams, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability across all channels.

- Manage and coordinate the onboarding, integration, and menu architecture across platforms.

- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) across digital channels, ensuring effective management of costs and revenue.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to plan and execute consumer-facing activations, offers, and campaigns.

- Identify growth opportunities and avenues for deeper consumer engagement across digital channels.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- Proven experience in digital revenue management, business operations, or a similar role within e-commerce or food delivery industries.

- Strong understanding of P&L management, financial analysis, and business decision-making.

- Experience working with third-party aggregators, platforms, or partners.

- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights and drive actionable strategies.

- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
