• The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.
• The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• To Create sections as per the instructions of higher authority.
• To advise the students to register his/her in the particular semester after paying the required Fee.
• If any student came with the permission of higher authority for registration, then need to verify and allow him/her for registration up to that period.
• Assign the role of class advisor for respective sections.
• Mapping of subjects
• To upload class time table at University portal before commencement
• of classes.
• To approve all types of leaves of students on daily basis.
• Leaves may be related to cultural activity, guest lectures, sports events, Medical emergency.
• To ensure about dispatch of letter to all those students who have attendance less than 75% in any subject. (By registered post, in case of less than 60%)
• To track and monitor that students do not bunk-masse from classes/ practicals/tutorials.
• Prepare Detention list for practical and theory.
• Track Credit count of final year students
• Single point of contact - addressing all student related issues, grievances etc.
• Any other relevant task.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business.
