Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Admissions to lead our admissions team and drive the student enrolment strategy for DBS Global University. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, process management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to attract and enroll high-caliber students who align with our institutions vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement innovative admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student needs to enhance the university's positioning.
• Team Management:
• Lead, train, and motivate the admissions team to ensure high performance.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, regularly reviewing progress and outcomes.
• Admissions Operations:
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a positive applicant experience.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all admissions activities and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Collaboration and Outreach:
• Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract prospective students.
• Organize admission fairs, open days, and webinars to engage with prospective students and parents.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with schools, counselors, and other key stakeholders to expand the university's outreach network.
• Act as a key liaison for queries and concerns from applicants, parents, and external partners.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends and improve decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment efforts and streamline processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in admissions or student recruitment, preferably in the higher education sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving enrollment targets and managing teams.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using CRM systems for admissions management.
