Manager Operations - Quality Assurance

General Manager Training and Development

Job Profile:

• The Operations Manager for Training and Development (Quality Assurance) will ensure the effectiveness and quality of the training programs.
• This role is crucial in maintaining high standards in content delivery, program execution, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance student and staff development.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, training methodologies, and a passion for fostering a culture of learning and development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) framework for training programs, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and industry standards.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring quality control in the delivery of all training modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to review training materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices and QA standards.
• Conduct regular audits of training programs to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Design and implement processes for collecting feedback from students, trainers, and other stakeholders, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports on the performance and quality of training initiatives, presenting findings to senior management and contributing to strategic planning.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, engineering, or a related field.
• A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance is desired preferably in a training or educational setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in quality assurance software, data management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
