Responsibilities
Involved in End-to-End US IT Recruitment.
Understanding client requirements based on the technical expectations of the client and the project needs.
Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals, Social Media network and also generating leads through referencing.
Having telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them technically and also from HR point of view.
Interview scheduling, follow-up and co-ordination with the client.
Facilitate continuous process improvements.
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Recruit, source, and/or provide assistance to candidates for designated jobs through existing databases, internet search engines, cold calling, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards(DICE, Careerbuilder, Monster, Linked In, etc, and social media.
Develop and/or execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting objectives
Coordinate with managers and interviewers on their group needs and processes.
