Job Description
Onnivation Ventures is looking for EA Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Administrative Support:Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and correspondence for the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure information is easily accessible
- Communication and Liaison:Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, partners, and board members
- Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the CEO
- Facilitate communication within the executive team and other departments
- Project Management:Assist in managing special projects, initiatives, or events as assigned by the CEO
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide information for decision-making purposes
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
- Supporting Leadership Functions:Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team to support organizational goals
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them
- Qualifications:Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
