Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Oversee HR operations, including policy implementation and compliance
• Handle generalist HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
• Drive talent sourcing strategies to attract top candidates
• Coordinate and manage resource allocation to optimize workforce productivity
• Implement and manage the performance management system, supporting both managers and employees
• Develop and enforce HR policies that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
• Contribute to strategic HR decision-making and planning
• Support talent management and succession planning to ensure future growth
• Maintain effective collaboration between business leaders and HR teams
• Manage manpower sourcing and ensure alignment with business needs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR generalist functions
• Proven experience in HR administration, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to engage and retain talent
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and strategic HR management
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and employees at all levels
• Familiarity with talent management, recruitment, and manpower planning
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
